I was born and raised on MV, and got my start cooking when I was about 9 or 10; just watching and learning from my dad and grandmother. I got my professional start in cooking at L’Etoile Restaurant when I was 15 and worked there for three years. After my first year at New England Culinary Institute, I returned to MV for an internship at The Terrace at The Charlotte Inn, learning finer points of Italian, French, and American Cuisine. Now I’m headed back to my second year at NECI. After school, I plan on traveling abroad to explore different cultures and cuisines.
