Grant application forms are posted in PDF format to allow for information to be input electronically. All application materials, however, must be submitted to the Permanent Endowment in hard copy.

Scholarship application forms are posted in PDF format to allow for information to be input electronically. All application materials, however, must be submitted to the Permanent Endowment in hard copy.

All forms are .pdf documents (Adobe Acrobat format) and require Acrobat Reader to open.

You may save these .pdf documents to your hard drive to complete the applications from your local computer. Select "File" > "Save Page As" from your browser's pull down menu. The file name extension should be .pdf. When opening the .pdf document on your local computer, please make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader.
